30 Days of Mental Health Awareness: Day 23


I'm taking part in the 30 Days of Mental Health Awareness Challenge. Every day I'll post in response to their prompts.

Day 23: What is your opinion on therapy? (It can be any type, some examples are: group therapy, talk therapy, social skills training, exposure therapy, ERP, DBT, CBT, ACT, marital counseling, and many more)

As I said relating to medication, no treatment is going to work universally. If someone finds a form of therapy that makes them feel better, then who am I to have an opinion?
